We may restrict repeated or abusive use of trial offers.
Certain subscriptions may offer automatic renewal through an authorised AutoPay mandate.
By enabling or authorising AutoPay, you authorise recurring charges according to the billing frequency, amount, and terms presented during mandate setup.
Your subscription may renew automatically unless you successfully cancel the automatic renewal or revoke the applicable mandate before the next billing cycle, subject to the payment provider's processing requirements.
You are responsible for reviewing and managing your AutoPay mandate.
Cancellation of future renewal does not automatically refund payments already processed.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.
By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment networks, payment gateways, or other third parties outside our reasonable control.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Unless required by applicable law or otherwise expressly stated, payments are non-refundable after successful payment and activation of the relevant subscription or paid add-on feature.
You may use TTP Coach App to enter and manage information relating to your business, leads, customers, members, or other contacts.
You remain responsible for the information you submit to or manage through the platform.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to collect, upload, store, process, and use such information.
You must not use TTP Coach App to store, transmit, or process information unlawfully.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, TTP Coach App does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.
Any wellness, health, weight, or related information available through the platform should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Certain features may rely on third-party services, including payment providers, communication platforms, hosting providers, or other technology services.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose during your valid subscription or authorised access period.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
We aim to provide reliable access to TTP Coach App but do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
We may perform maintenance, updates, security improvements, or feature changes that may temporarily affect availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary.
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary, including where:

Termination or suspension does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TTP Coach App and Aditya Sudhir Sartabe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of TTP Coach App or your violation of these Terms.

Updated Terms may be posted through the app, website, or another appropriate channel. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts with appropriate jurisdiction over the business location of Aditya Sudhir Sartabe shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the use of TTP Coach App.
